Christmas in October!

That is how it felt last week when a fun box arrived safely from the USA!  Here are a few pictures to share their joy and excitement and thank Auntie J for blessing us.  The pictures aren't that great because my camera is acting out again but I hope they still makes you smile!
She is so happy with her princess box that she is even sleeping with it!

Enjoying our box of American mac n cheese..the child would not leave me in peace until I made it...the VERY day it arrived!

The Boy Child too, was quite pleased!

This is for Papa Rod...already a GIANTS fan, Papa!

A few "outtake" shots for his American birth certificate...working on a pile of needed documents for his US process.

It is only Tuesday and already I have had many opportunities to choose to look at several situations as obstacles or opportunities this week.  The stretching continues and so does the grace.  Most often in the heat of the moment I feel most of all overwhelming frustration but by His grace I am learning to take a deep breath and trust a God whose heart is overwhelmingly full of love for me.  Just as my children do not always understand my love for them, especially when my love brings them pain, I, too, don't always understand how the pain could be love from my heavenly Father.  I am learning.  I have so far to go.  Obviously, from the challenges, frustrations and irritations that keep knocking at our door these days, I have a LONG WAYS to go!  I am studying James.  What a convicting book. Wow.  Bring on the trials so that I will someday be "complete, lacking nothing!"

Praying a blessed week for each of you,
                                Jama
