"In the morning, O Lord, you hear my voice; in the morning I lay my requests before you and wait in expectation."
The Holy Bible, Psalms 5:3
I just finished watching a mini series on the life of King David, produced by a Brazilian channel and in my opinion, extremely well done.
David is an inspiration to me on many levels. Mostly because he was so human, often so weak, so heartbroken, so contrite, so imperfect. Yet God used him in powerful, dynamic ways.
I am reading the Psalms again. Made more real after watching the mini series and imagining how and where David was when he pinned so many transparent and real poems and songs.
I find tremendous comfort and inspiration and encouragement in the Book of Psalms.
This week has found me at the feet of Jesus every.blessed.morning. Crying out for GRACE. Begging for strength to keep going. Asking for joy in the journey that is sometimes just hard.
I am commited to posting something positive and light tonight. And truly, today my heart is at peace. I am waiting in expectation. I have laid my requests at His feet. He has heard my voice. I wait in expectation.
For healing. For answered prayers. For direction. For wisdom. For peace. For renewed energies. For GRACE. For continued provision. For protection. For growth.
Thank you to those who continue to lift us before the Throne of Grace. We truly appreciate it. More than we can express. Just know we thank God for you as you wait with us in expectation!
Bear with me now as we embark on what can only be called a HUGE PICTURE post! Just be grateful I did not include all 137 because I am in love with every.single.picture. I know, way over due for a family photo shoot (and we still forgot pictures of just Everson and I but for the love, we were chasing our little tornado around so he had to be included in most of them, just to keep track of him!). Here goes:

I apologize they are all so small. I am working on learning this whole "resolution and uploading" thing but as of yet, no breakthroughs! So, they are only really clear as small icons. I hope you can see them well enough to enjoy them as much as we have.
A enormous thank you to Tatiane Barros Photography for these photos. My precious sister-in-law took these pictures almost 9 months pregnant. No small feat lugging a heavy camera and a heavy body around in overwhelming summer heat at 9am in the morning! I told her I cannot believe I let her do it but sure am happy I did!
Happy Weekend to you all,
Jama
